The PM highlighted the “One Nation, One Election” proposal, stating it will strengthen India’s democracy and optimize resources, with plans for a Winter Session introduction. Modi remarked on Article 370’s abrogation, calling it a long-awaited tribute to Dr. Ambedkar’s Constitution.
Addressing national security, PM Modi outlined measures taken over the past decade. He pointed to peace efforts in northeastern India, citing successful agreements with local communities, which brought stability and resolved long-standing issues.
In his speech, Modi also discussed India’s growing global influence, particularly in times of global crises, calling India’s emerging role a “new history.” As other countries drift apart, he stated, India’s steadfast relations with them reflect its dedication to growth, peace, and cooperation worldwide.
