Superstar Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan’s film Vettaiyan is set for its OTT release on November 8 on Prime Video. The streaming platform announced the release date and shared a poster with the caption, “The date is LOCKED and LOADED for Vettaiyan’s arrival #VettaiyanOnPrime, Nov 8.”
During its theatrical run, Vettaiyan received mixed reviews from both critics and audiences. However, it still managed to cross Rs 200 crore in worldwide box office earnings and continues to play in select theaters in Tamil Nadu. The movie, directed by TJ Gnanavel and produced by Sun Pictures, features a powerful cast including Rana Daggubati, Fahadh Faasil, Manju Warrier, Abhirami, Dushara Vijayan, and Ritika Singh.
The technical crew includes cinematographer SR Kathir and editor Philomin Raj, while music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Vettaiyan will be available in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi across India and over 240 countries worldwide.
