PM Kisan Yojana’s 18th Installment Released, How to Check

The wait for the 18th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM Kisan Yojana) is finally over. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has transferred this installment directly to the bank accounts of farmers from Washim, Maharashtra. This time, over ₹20,000 crores have been distributed to more than 9 crore farmers across the country.

Earlier, the 17th installment was released in June 2024, during which the Prime Minister transferred over ₹21,000 crores to the bank accounts of more than 9.26 crore farmers from Varanasi.

What is PM Kisan Yojana?

The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is a crucial government initiative aimed at providing financial aid to farmers. Under this scheme, eligible farmers receive ₹2,000 every four months, totaling ₹6,000 annually, which is directly transferred to their bank accounts. The main objective of this scheme is to support farmers’ income and assist them in agricultural activities.

How to Check the Status of the 18th Installment?

To check if your 18th installment has been credited to your account, you need to visit the official PM Kisan Yojana website at pmkisan.gov.in. Click on the ‘Know Your Status’ tab, enter your registration number and captcha code, and then click ‘Get Data’. Your payment status will appear on the screen.

How to Check the Beneficiary List?

If you want to verify if your name is on the beneficiary list, you can visit pmkisan.gov.in and click on the ‘Beneficiary List’ tab. Enter your state, district, block, and village information, and then click ‘Get Report’. You will then be able to see the complete list of beneficiaries.
