Gujarat Woman Dies During Sex Due to Excessive Bleeding, Boyfriend Arrested for Negligence

A 23-year-old woman from Gujarat’s Navsari bled to death during sex with her boyfriend in a hotel. The woman, a nursing graduate, began bleeding profusely from her private parts and became unconscious, according to police reports.

Despite the woman’s critical condition, her boyfriend failed to seek immediate medical attention. By the time she was taken to the hospital, she had already passed away. A postmortem report revealed that the woman suffered a severe injury to her genital area during sex, which caused the excessive bleeding and led to her death.

Police arrested her boyfriend on charges of negligence, holding him responsible for her death.

District Superintendent of Police Sushil Agarwal confirmed that the boyfriend has been charged under Section 105 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and Section 238 (causing evidence to disappear) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The investigation is ongoing.
