Aakhir Tak – In Depth The Mumbai Crime Branch has initiated the process to extradite Anmol Bishnoi, brother of notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, from the United States. Anmol, whose name was added to the National Investigation Agency’s (NIA) most-wanted list last week, is wanted for the firing incident at Salman Khan’s residence and various other cases across India. The NIA has declared a ₹10 lakh reward for any information leading to his capture.
According to Mumbai Police sources, US authorities have confirmed Anmol Bishnoi’s presence in the country. The Mumbai Crime Branch has notified the Mumbai Sessions Court and will soon forward the case to the central government for further action. A Red Corner Notice has also been issued to facilitate his search.
Anmol is also implicated in the murder of singer Sidhu Moosewala, accused of supplying Turkish-made Tisas and Glock firearms used in the killing. Additionally, he is suspected of involvement in the conspiracy surrounding the murder of NCP leader Baba Siddiqui, maintaining contact through Snapchat while operating from Canada and the US.
