Following the video’s viral spread, Delhi Police initiated an investigation into the case. The victim was taken to MGM Hospital, and police have collected the Medico-Legal Certificate and recorded her statement.

Builder Accused in Property Dispute

The police have identified that the argument leading to the incident occurred over a property dispute. The accused builder slapped the girl and pushed her from the terrace of the single-storey house. A case has been registered against the builder at Aman Vihar Police Station.
