AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) after six hours of questioning in a money laundering case linked to the Delhi Waqf Board. Early Monday morning, ED officials arrived at Khan’s residence in Okhla, Delhi, which he represents in the Assembly. Following hours of investigation, Khan was escorted out by police personnel and ED officials.

The Supreme Court also denied him protection from arrest, leading to increased scrutiny of Khan’s alleged illegal activities. Despite his arrest, AAP leaders continue to rally in his defense, alleging that the charges are politically motivated.
