The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Rajasthan has conducted a major operation against Consumer Protection Officer Jaimal Singh. The raid uncovered illegal assets worth crores of rupees. The operation was carried out at four locations in Udaipur and Bhilwara.

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in Udaipur, Rajasthan, conducted a raid against Consumer Protection Officer Jaimal Singh in a case of Disproportionate Assets (DA). The ACB uncovered assets worth crores of rupees during raids at four locations linked to Singh.
Senior ACB official Dr. Ravi Prakash Mehrada stated that information was received indicating that Jaimal Singh acquired movable and immovable properties in his name and that of his family, which were disproportionate to his legitimate income. The assets seized included a house in Sardarpura Yojna Udaipur, a luxurious hotel, five residential plots, agricultural land, and four luxury vehicles.
Additionally, around two kilograms of gold jewelry and 13.70 kilograms of silver jewelry were recovered. The ACB also revealed that a four-story, 26-room luxury hotel, Manvilas Resort, was found registered in the names of Singh’s wife Anuradha and son Hanut Singh. The hotel reportedly had crores of rupees invested in it.
The ACB further disclosed that evidence of various bank accounts and insurance policies held by Singh and his family was uncovered, along with indications of several benami assets that will be investigated thoroughly.
During the raid, over 100 bottles of expensive liquor and nails and horns from various wild animals were also found. The concerned police station has been alerted to take action as per the law.
The ACB confirmed that Jaimal Singh has amassed assets worth crores during his service. Various teams of the ACB are continuing search operations at additional locations linked to Jaimal Singh. Further investigations are ongoing.
