Earlier in the day, Allahbadia (Ranveer Allahbadia) was requested to be present at Mumbai’s Khar Police station. This request followed his failure to appear for questioning in connection with an ongoing investigation into obscene remarks made on the YouTube show ‘India’s Got Latent.’ This case highlights the complexities of content moderation and legal liability in the digital age.
Allahbadia has also approached the Supreme Court, filing a plea to consolidate all the FIRs filed against him across the country.
