Aakhir Tak – In Depth
Mitskind Healthcare, a pharmaceutical firm located in Panchkula, Haryana, surprised 15 of its employees with car gifts ahead of Diwali. The company awarded 13 Tata Punch SUVs and 2 Maruti Grand Vitara models to top performers in recognition of their contributions.
MK Bhatia, the company’s owner, personally handed over the keys to the vehicles, praising the employees for their hard work. He said, “They are like celebrities to me,” expressing that the decision was made to appreciate their efforts, not specifically because of Diwali.
The employees expressed their deep gratitude for the unexpected gifts. Venus, a senior HR employee at Mitskind Healthcare, said, “Three years ago, when I joined, Sir shared his dream of gifting all his employees a car. Today, he’s made that dream a reality.” Another employee, Rekha, shared her joy, saying, “I was gifted a car last year, and the company still covers my fuel expenses.”
This isn’t the first time Mitskind Healthcare has rewarded employees with cars. Last year, 12 employees received vehicles, bringing the total number of gifted cars to 27. The company plans to continue this practice in the future as well.
The Tata Punch, an entry-level SUV launched in 2021, has a starting price of Rs 6 lakh and is equipped with a 1.2-litre engine. It is known for its safety features and has received a 5-star rating from G-NCAP.
