The Congress Party has announced a list of 40 candidates for the Haryana Assembly elections, fielding Randeep Surjewala’s son Aditya Surjewala from the Kaithal seat. With this list, the Congress has now declared a total of 81 candidates for the 90-member Assembly elections.
The list leaves out nine constituencies where candidate selection is still under discussion, reflecting internal disagreements and strategic considerations within the party.
